After you have modified the entries, the page will show 8 of your most used sentences. If you check the boxes, the text they represent will show up in the text area below. If you uncheck this box, the text for this box only will disapear, but all the rest will remain. Check and Uncheck All will change all of the checks at once. Everytime the text in the box changes, the text will be copied to the computer's clipboard as though you selected and copied it. This file is intended to be run in Internet Explorer, Netscape based browsers such as Mozilla and Firefox do not support the copy to clipboard function. If you have gone away from this window and copied other information, you can press the
"Re-copy to Clipboard" to recopy it. You can also use this to add typed information specific to this session. Finally, I added a field to type in the tracking number for a FedEx package. When you click on the "Track Shipments" button it will open a new window and track the number that you typed in another window.


			This is an HTML document that I wrote with javascript. If you type the same 8 sentences over and over, but sometimes use different combinations, this tool may make your job a little easier. I wrote this in javascript so that it can be run from your computer without any installation. I also intentionally made it very simple so that it would only require the one file and can be easily moved, without losing function.

		To set up: Download the zip file at the bottom of the page, unzip it wherever you need it, and modify the variable array. The part that is supposed to be modified is clearly marked, so even if you do not know HTML or Javascript, you should be able to modify the entries.
